In Seme sub-county, Kisumu County, more than 60% of households are food insecure. SANGO-Kenya works directly with women smallholder farmers to change that — through hands-on training in sustainable agriculture, nutrition, and financial literacy. Since 2020, we have trained over 800 women farmers across 12 villages, improving the health and well-being of more than 5,000 women, children, and household members.
